Flow Breathe Release

Hi, I’m Anna

I believe we all hold the power within ourselves to heal, grow, and thrive and when we do, it ripples out into our families, communities, and beyond.

My journey began in a small Ashtanga yoga studio in London, where I experienced a deep mind–body connection through breath and movement. That feeling changed everything for me, and I knew I wanted to share it with others.

A few years later, I had started working as an ESL teacher in Spain and often shared yoga practices with my students when they were anxious or had a niggle somewhere, this led me to doing a yoga teacher training.

A question I had from the beginning of my yoga journey was why the practice of yoga had had such an impact on me when I was no stranger to movement as I used to dance. There was something hidden in the breath and movement connection that I couldn’t put my finger on.

Within the first few years of teaching I came across students with different physical and breath related issues so with these in mind I decided to further my trainings with a two year diploma in Yoga Therapy.

Through Yoga Therapy my fascination of the mind body breath connection deepened. I learnt how to use yoga for issues such as back and joint pain, for degenerative disease and chronic pain as well as for rehabilitation. I also learnt how to use breath practices and movement to help energetic and sleep issues through different yoga models.

One word that would change the way I practice and practice with my Yoga Therapy clients was the word ‘Somatics’

During the course I was pregnant with my second daughter and I used (still do) so many of the tools that we were taught.

I trained in postnatal yoga and yoga for C section recovery out of an interest in how we can use functional movement to help us re find our centred space.

I decided that it would be a good idea to do a trauma informed course to better support some of my private clients, I joined a 160hr (and more) Trauma Informed Somatic Coaching course. On this course it helped bring all that I had learnt together by exploring.

✨️Nervous System Regulation

✨️Fascia

✨️Embodied practices such as Focusing, Rain and Orienting

✨️Tools for resilience, calm and deeper self connection.

Today, I combine yoga therapy and somatics to support people in:

✨️Reducing their anxiety & finding balance

✨️Sleeping with ease

✨️Boosting energy

✨️Reconnecting and enhancing breath quality

✨️Easing some chronic pains

✨️Adapting to life’s changes.

✨️Cultivating inner trust.

As well as my private practice I also teach group classes online and in person.

Common Questions

Not at all. Somatic work and yoga therapy are accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness level, or prior experience. We start exactly where you are in your body, as it is today.

Yes, and for many clients, even more so. Somatic healing is about your internal experience, not the setting. Working from your own home can actually create a deeper sense of safety, which is essential for this kind of work. Many clients find they open up more in a familiar environment.

The recorded courses are self-paced programs you can access anytime. Private sessions are personalised private work where we dive deeper into your specific patterns, history, and goals together.
